We are pleased to inform you that the amount of capital has been reduced as follows.
1. Outline of the capital reduction
(1) Amount of capital to be reduced
Of the capital of 202,400,000 yen, 102,400,000 yen was reduced to 100,000,000 yen.
(2) Method of capital reduction
The same amount as the reduced capital was transferred to capital surplus.
